Phosphor bronze valve guide-liner

Today there is an alternative to boring out cylinder heads for 1/2" O.D. guides which possesses many advantages. It is the K-Line .030 Phospher Bronze Valve Guide-Liner. 

The Guide Liner is made of spring tempered Phospher-Bronze which is an anti-seizing, anti-wear, high strength-to-weight ratio material. It is more dense than cast iron, has a higher rate of Thermal Conductivity, a low Coefficient of friction, and insures High Lubrication Retention. These are just a few of the advantageous physical properties which translate into better guide life.

Special O.D. Guide-Liners to repair oversized or damaged standard thin-wall guide-liner bores. Maximum bore or hole diameter for proper installation is: 5/16-.344, 11/32-.375 and 3/8-.406.

Includes 3 ball broaches for sizing the Guide-Liner I.D. within seconds, eliminating reaming or honing. Use with UNIVERSAL Spiral or Smooth Guide-Liners.

These kits are designed for the rebuilder who prefers to spiral and finish ream the Guide-Liner instead to the ball broach method. Use with UNIVERSAL Smooth Guide-Liners.

These oils are separately formulated for guide knurling and finish reaming. Reamer and arbor life will be extended if the proper amount and type of oil is used. The Arbor-Lube is designed for knurling cast iron guides and helps the arbor raise metal further. 

Bronze-Lube should be used on bronze Guide-Liners, but can also be used on cast iron guides.
